Room Capacities and Layouts
Our modern facilities can be adapted to accommodate most conferences, meetings and events. Our rooms can be set:
- theatre style
- boardroom
- cabaret
- classroom
- open horse shoe
- interview style.
OpenSpace 1
OpenSpace 1 offers the flexibility of being split into three separate rooms, which can be utilised for workshops, break-out rooms and board room meetings. OpenSpace 1 can accommodate a maximum of 80 delegates theatre style, 52 cabaret style and 30 boardroom. The room can be set with a top table if required.
OpenSpace 2
OpenSpace 2 is a smaller room, however can be set to accommodate 24 theatre style, 18 delegates cabaret style or 14 boardroom style. The room can be set with a top table if required.
LearningSpace 1
LearningSpace 1 is equipped with an interactive Smart Board and can accommodate 24 delegates cabaret style, 16 classroom style or 14 boardroom style.
LearningSpace 2
LearningSpace 2 can accommodate 24 delegates cabaret style, 14 boardroom style or 12 classroom style.
LearningSpace 3
LearningSpace 3 is one of our smaller rooms; it can accommodate 10 delegates boardroom style (10 without the use of LCD, 7 with the use of LCD). It features an LCD TV with speakers and webcam with built in microphone; it is ideal for web conferencing.
LearningSpace 4
LearningSpace 4 is available for u-shaped set-up only and can accommodate 12 delegates.
