Summary
The Certificate in Management Coaching and Mentoring aims to provide team members and tutors with the knowledge, skills and confidence to perform effectively as coaches as part of their normal work role. The certificate will move delegates towards being equipped for a development role within their organisation and would therefore also be appropriate for those with line management responsibility.
The cost includes attendance at a 3 day event (non-consecutive) held at Scotland's Colleges. Future dates are 10 November 2010 and 15 December 2010, both will be half day events.

Aim
The award aims to develop further communication, relationship, management and performance skills for the benefit of all stakeholders. Delegates will leave equipped with the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to use coaching skills effectively within their employment context.
